Paul has been my relationship coach for about 8 years. We usually do one-on-one sessions, but sometimes when an issue is really hard to get through, I have a session together with my partner. Paul can get a couple who feel there’s no hope left, or no way around an issue, back into a place of great Love. Then from that place of love, the generosity and creativity come back and you can find solutions that you didn’t see before. Solutions that make everyone happier and the relationship stronger than it was before the issue came up! Even if you think there’s no way things could get better, if you have a session with Paul, they will. It has saved my relationships on a number of occasions, and once Paul helped me and a boyfriend end our relationship amicably, because that’s what needed to happen. Paul listens deeply and sometimes that’s all that’s needed. Other times he responds by giving me effective tools that I use to create harmonious relationships with the people in my life. Paul Zohav provided me the flexibility to receive counseling at the times that worked for me and in the comfort of my own home. He gave me the education needed to develop skills so that I could make better decisions for myself! Consistency and thoroughness was another I appreciate about Paul. Therapy sessions were not all ‘let me endlessly listen to your problems. About half of each session was devoted to building skills on how to tackle the problem. The skills building tools were organized, typed and ready for my perusal at the beginning of the session. And they were sequential and build on top of prior lessons. Paul is the best coach I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Early on we connected very well. In fact, I consider Paul to be a great friend!

Love is patient, love is kind and love it a lot of work. Through his patience and insight, Paul Zohav helped us literally work through a crisis in our relationship. He gave us the tools to address issues that we had been dealing with over and over before, but Paul provided a more constructive framework for us to address them. Paul Zohav is exceptionally gifted as a Counselor. He is able to cut through the confusion inherent in relationship difficulties and quickly focus on the root causes. What is different with Paul is that he can and will offer advice. Many Counselors are reluctant to do this. So what happens is that you get to make progress fast.

My wife and I used Paul’s services for pre-marital coaching. Paul was extremely professional, highly communicative, and provided practical steps to ensuring a lasting and happy marriage. There was a lot of focus on effective communication, and the sessions were eye-opening about my ineffectiveness at communication. Paul provided several strategies for growth that could be immediately implemented. I also liked Paul’s dry sense of humor, which made the sessions even more enjoyable. When COVID-19 became a thing, Paul took steps to ensure the safety of everyone, including rearranging his office to ensure that we were physically distanced. When things got a lot more serious, we had to switch to Zoom and we found the session just as useful.
