Draw them as a diagram.

 

Ask:

How many others do I feel connected with?

How many would I like to be connected with?

What opportunities are out there for me to connect or reconnect?

 

Are the connections in my life:

Strong and healthy (lots of good feelings)?

Superficial and weak (not much energy there)?

Is my marriage thriving - or is it only surviving?

 

Are my relationships with my:

Children: vital and happy - or cool and distant?

Coworkers: inviting or disappointing?

 

Do I look forward to:

Waking up?

Going to work?

Coming home?
